Export a report to share with lenders and partners

An analysis is more persuasive when you can hand it to someone. From a Quick Analysis Results screen or a Deep Dive, use the export option in the property header. Try the button below, without Pro it prompts you to upgrade.

What you get
- Spreadsheet export: an Excel workbook with an Analysis tab (income, expenses, cost scenarios at asking and below), and an Amortization tab (a full month-by-month loan schedule). Your inputs are highlighted; the derived cells are live formulas, so a partner can change an assumption and watch it recalculate.
- Lender-ready package: a clean summary of the underwriting (metrics, rehab budget, amortization, projections) formatted to send to a lender.
A Pro feature
