Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Free trial
Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. We recommend evaluating BuyBox fully during this window.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Paddle's billing portal, linked inside the app and in every receipt email. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; it simply won't renew.
3. Refunds
If BuyBox isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@probuybox.com with the email address on your subscription, or use the "Get help with this purchase" link in your Paddle receipt. Most requests are handled within two business days.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14-day refund window from the date of each annual charge. Beyond that window, you may cancel to prevent the next renewal; the current term remains active until it expires.
6. Merchant of record
Paddle is the merchant of record for all BuyBox purchases and processes payments, taxes and refunds in accordance with its buyer terms.
