Billing questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Free is the trial. You get 7 days with 3 Deep Dives and 10 Quick Analyses in them, no card required. You get the full metric stack and verdict on screen; export, printing and closing a deal are on the paid plans. At day 7 the trial ends: unused analyses don't carry over, and the ones you already ran stay in your account to read.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick a plan, or you keep read-only access: every analysis you already ran stays there to open and read. Running new ones, editing, exporting and printing need a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically, because there's no card on file.
Is the lifetime plan really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pro: Lifetime is a single payment of $349 for a perpetual license: the same feature set as Pro, every future update included, and no recurring billing ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Paddle's billing portal, linked inside the app and from your receipt email. Access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
What's your refund policy?

Which platforms are supported?
BuyBox runs in any modern browser on any operating system, plus a Windows 10/11 desktop app now rolling out to the early-access list (join from the Download page), and a companion Chrome extension. A macOS desktop app is on the roadmap. Mac users have full access via the web app today. One subscription covers every device you sign in to.
Do I need to be online?
You'll need a connection to sign in and to save your work, in the browser and in the desktop app. The analysis itself is computed on your own device, not on our servers, so the deal you're working on keeps responding even if our services are briefly unavailable.
Who handles payment?
Paddle is our merchant of record. They process payment securely, handle international tax compliance, and issue your invoices. We never see your card details.
